Engaged to assist the client in understanding the failure, specifying repairs, auditing and expediting repairs and recommissioning. This included:

• Specification development
• Vendor qualification
• Workshop audits
• Tender evaluations
• Expediting
• Witness testing
• Inbetriebnahme

The repairs where conducted in 4 facilities on the east coast of Australia. The project was completed within 6 weeks, at which time the station was back in full production.
